hmm not sure the firs part would work, never owned my own clan or had clan powers to upgrade

but it would not shock me if each upgrade costs more than the last if that is the case buying multiple at once would not work

but if its the same as the clan rewards system i could see it work

First idea, is ok and will help clan owners.

Second idea, won't really help the number of clans since it won't help delete any and that there aren't a lot of people left that want a clan.
