Hey so I've been watching auction house for some while now.
And noticed a lot high level pokemon are sold there.
Personally I don't have a problem with that until I found out what the owners level is at.
Example:
Golurk Level 8000 Sold by "player X" Trainer level 4200
Winning Bid "Player Y" 7000 coins Trainer Level 1200
I suggest putting a small simple cap on it.
Players can only bid and sell pokemon as high as there trainer level
So if your trainer level is 10000 you can sell/buy pokemon in the auction house that are level 5-10000.
Tell me what you guys think.

But the cap cannot/shouldnt be introduced, then how can the newbies get high level pokemon

my TL is 4400 not to low but i heard you need a TL of 15k ish to trade a 5k lvl if that was also implemented into the auction it WILL
collapse creed becouse auction house is now the main way to get coins

No. There is a cap on everything else, and we're not going to let it get ruined by putting a cap on this. If we have enough coins, we should be able to buy high leveled Pokemon.

2/10 no because when you think about you want to give rid of 10,000 pokemon for coins but there are only a handful of people you can give it to then. And if you earned enough coins to earn a pokemon off of the auction is a great pride to people. This is not a bad idea just on the wrong subject.

-1/10 terrible idea. This is the only way to get good pokes(since no one is going to train 10k levels on their own) b/c there is a cap on everything else. Don't mean to insult you, I just don't like it

What If you put a lot of coins on a high pokemon and you don't have the trainer level to use it? It would take you while to get the trainer level and you've wasted so much coins on a high level Pokemon you can't use yet.

Lol nope. There is trainer cap for everything. AH is the only way a person can really sell high levels if anything to fix this newbs getting a 10k for only a few thousand coins we need a minimum price and increase in auction house. Such as Rainbow Larvitar - Starting bid 100,000 coins minimum increase 100 coins. But it's been suggested so many times don't know why it isn't up yet.

lol if the whole losing coins on pokemon is an issue then don't auction then again people with high levels won't want "noobs as they call us to get one i guess coins are easy to get we don't work for them? lol so what i am saying is the cap bad idea the minimum bid good idea for big players terrible for the ones that need the pokemon so the moral of the story is if you don't like the price you get for your pokes there don't auction it xD

There SHOULDNT even be a cap PERIOD. On even trading. Much less auction house. Notice how much this site died after putting a cap on races. So this is a good idea. If this site wants to be a faint memory when people go to play a dif one.
