Before Players judge this is MY opinion
There are no definate rates for Shinys some Shinys mean more to others so others will pay more for them, But a promo shiny costing 1k above will cost mostly double even triple the rate they are sold by the in game promo center, My advice would be is just keep an eye out for how much the shiny you own is getting sold for either in the Auction House or on the Forum, it should give you a rough idea for how much that Pokemons actually worth. i like this idea. i dont like the idea of shinys costing 1000 coins but entei is my favorite pokemon so he worth it lol
