not sure what I'll rate the Sy.Frillish, so I will takes the best offer I see on it that I like.

Shigi- the last the time I check the race, there there was a level cap on it too base on your trainer level.

no it doesn't work that way, one time there was a level 1.7k C.scyther on it, I tried to race it with a level 2999 c.scyther , and it told me I couldn't because the other player trainer level wasn't high enough to receive.
