The box system should be made like the ones in the gba and DS version games. That way you can organise which pokemon goes where and if you can't remember what pokemon you have, just click on a box to bring down a view of ± 30 pokemon. I remember when I wanted to random swap a weak pokemon, but couldn't remember if I had one, I had to go through each letter till I found one, this would make the game a bit more simpler :)
