Yep thats excactly right ^. I rated my C Aipom 60k when most others rated theirs 20k-30k
And yep lol ^, rates really should whatever someone is comfortable with, especially with a pokemon they like.

However as some people want profit sometimes, they often like rough guidelines, still, i've always prefered to rate my own pokemon ^, such as back when creed literally had 0 rates, and you would find one player selling for 500, while another sold for 2k :).
