how can you do clan training and loaning?

please help

you do clan training by defeating a pokemon and if you want to loan a pokemon you create a trade but not add pokemon from top scroll down and you should see a place that says loaning and you put how many hours

I think you put [ img ] [ /img ] on the outsides of the url to the picture in the clan description. I don't know for sure though.

the way i do is like i created a photobucket account and uploaded the picture to photobucket then when its uploaded like got to pictures and it will hav elike 4 diffrent urls and you copy and maste the one with the [IMG]
