The only way you will be able to get a 8k, it by winning one off the Auction House, since you will need a trainer level of 50k+ to trade/loan/race an 8k+. The only other way is if a Admin/Supermod/Mod have a spare 8k they can transfer the pokemon to your account for the coins.
