I've read and tried all I can think off regarding the Old House and where to get costumes, yet I am no closer to figuring it out than when I started. Can anyone make it clearer to understand? Or is the even over with?

top left of the page it says homepage, the town your in (pallet town ect...) click on the town, scroll down and old house should be there
