1) You can just create a group, add details and say the requirements to join.
2) There's already 2 or more people in a training thread.
3) People have different rates, so having a same thread would be pointless.
4) Getting a 'decent' training job is pretty low, probability wise. Meaning there will be a lot of competition in the thread. Who will decide who trains what?
5) You can do the same stuff for the loaning centre & not that many people loan Pokemon out.

2/10 it a nice idea but remember that takes a way power from the members. Players make most coins through training because we don't have many other services to make coins besides contest (daily raffle, luck dip, fishing, and auction house). Besides that it will just destroy the want for coins or may make it so hard to get them new players and old will just give up after trying hard for 3 days just to get a maximum of 200 coins.

I like it. MY berry page is always shoved down to the bottom b/c of 10,000 training gyms. And kray, it won't do all that stuff. It will just make it a little more organized.
