Or we could have a forced redirect to the rules page whenever they are updated that way no one can say "I didn't know" not hard to do and a lot better than "I didn't click the link". i personally think creed bot should be removed, it breaks more rules than anyone.

Yeah, we still need to get rarity to be hidden when people ask for it and receive it. But in all it really needs to be removed. It RARELY bans anyone in chat. Once you login and the rules been changed or your new should automatically take you to the rules section in forums and have you agree to them :L So if you are introuble shows you agreed and read them so in all in all it's the persons fault.
