create a list of all moves:

name / type move / effect / damage / bonus type / disavantages type

ex.

hidro-pump / water / - / 90 / fire-rock / grass
fire blast / fire / - / 120 / grass / water
confusion / psychic / 10% possibility to confuse / 60 / fight / dark

That would be impossible. If your pokemon is level 5, it would change if your pokemon is level 6 it would change in damage and so on. Higher the level = higher damage

mmm... and use words such as

no (0 damage)
weak
normal
strong
powerful

Well, I think if you played the Pokemon game(ex. Ruby, Black and White, Pearl, Diamond and other versions). I think you'll know what type move is that, the effect, the damage, the bonus type, the disadvantages type it has.
