My idea is that new members have to read the rules before getting to train, buy etc. so that they don't get banned in chat room or micro. To prevent too many people banned. For example, some person in the chat room uses all caps and then says he/she didn't knew that, so we should put the rules thread in the beginning, this would pervent problems like this in the future.
