well yes and no
i did win his r.ray but it was a friendly race so winner would send pokemon back sadly i gave mine away like a year ago.. now no1 has one for trade and da man decided to stop giving normal members a chance to find tower keys in lucky dip only so they stay rare and vallueble..
though found out he gave keys to staff and ridiculously rich players rather than to give everyone that chance..
