The tongue should stay as it is, looks great. Just a suggestion, add a little cyan blue glow in her eyes? Maybe a transparent ripple boarder for extra effects. But I have to say you're really good at editing man

The boxes in bottom left doesnt really blend in with the rest of he colors :o might be better off just getting rid of it imo

I would rate it 9/10 the only two things I have to complain about are the boxes like Apocalypse said except I think they should stay but be a different color like green bottom boxes fading to red as the they get higher. Also put a pulsing type look behind the boxes to make it seem like a stereo with a kick--- subwoofer.
