Minecraft or Terraria

Minecraft because it's in 3D! :D Just kidding, though. I prefer it over Terraria because I do prefer 3D games, but also because it's a lot better looking than Terraria is.

for me mincraft you get to creat your own buildings and other stuff and its nearly never ending

I haven't played Terraria, so this might sound a little biased, but either or I say that I prefer Minecraft. I've been playing the game for well over a year.

I will prefer minecraft as its fun to play with your friends or alone, if alone u can download those adventure maps and play those:D

I guess i would prefer minecraft just because of the variety with the mods. Terraria is a bit boring in my opinion so minecraft gives more options. I have to say though that i'm not addicted to either though.
