Need some hlep resolving tech problem
Lately the screen on my laptop will randomly fade to black when a key is pressed or the mouse moves. When this happens it continues every time I touch the keyboard or the mouse on the laptop. I have to keep moving the mouse around to see if the scren will go back to normal and I have no sure way of fixing the issue or knowing when it will occur. The computer still functions normally but the screen goes away until a button is pushed, then comes back for a split second until the next keystroke. I have no idea what could be causing this but it is extremely annoying to deal with, especially because the laptop is in mint condition and is only a year old.
 Any help is apprecaited! Thank you. |

If anyone can give me ideas on what is causing this issue or how to fix it the help would be deeply appreciated. I am still having this problem unfortunately.
