It's not the best, but it's not necessarily bad. I just feel like some texture is missing from the sprite. Other than that it's okay.

It is a bit too light even for luminous so try to make it a bit darker. next the sparkles aren't necessarily bat but seem more out of place. Try to put them somewhere else? 8/10

It's cool but its to light and the sparkles are ok but you are they are not the best but how much can you charge to make me a siggy with l.umbreon

The sprite should be a little darker. Also, the sparkles blend in with the blue glow too much.

Add a wind effect maybe? It doesn't really look right without one.

8/10 i like it but umbreons a bit blurred because of the intensity of the blue.

the color is very light and the effects is so plain,that's my comment but for the effort,i will rate it 6/10...
