I have over 2 billion cash on my bank but i cant get higher than $2,147,483,647 and i have deposited over 100 mil in the time it has been there but no change also no interest
Please help

That is the maximum amount of money that can be held/deposited. It's not a glitch, or a bug. :p

You can't deposit more than the maximum which is 2.14tril so you can't deposit them.
