Well here's my second signature.Rate and criticize please.

Good effects, the text doesn't Match it though, try and Make it Blend more, and Maybe change the color of it. Other then that 8/10.

I know that and I added a border to it as well but you can't see it.I am not good in text.

I see the Border, it's just really Small.
And, if you use Gimp for Making Banners There are some Tutorials with text.

Background needs more effects, it's just a normal sky wallpaper.
