I Like how you made it all Blend, The Text should Be Like Blue, to make it blend as well. :p 9/10.

I think this one is a bit too light. Maybe try it again and darken it up a shade or two. Otherwise it looks wonderful. 8/10

The big articuno is a little to faded and the text looks boring, also the backround could use a little more sparkles, otherwise not bad 7/10.

I don't like the text plus the bottom of the art is hard to see and doesn't look that good there but overall looks nice

It looks good but the Sig is too much crowded. U should just use 1 pokemon in such a small sig plus effects and a better text would be good. 6/10

I wish that the word Articuno was moved and the two sprites in the bottom where gone, I love just the idea of the effect and that drawing in the back. Simple is sometimes better 6/10 with and with like 10/10 really do love the background, awesome work there :3
