I think it's really cool.
The effect around it Makes it look awesome. And, the color Matches 9/10

Well its a good attempt but i found it a bit too dull. The color especially. Change the color. The effects is awesum tbh.

The coloring is awesome but the circling glow is bad, 8/10 nice job.

That is a great effect! If I had to suggest one improvement you could do, just darken it up a little
