well it's just my opinion but,
for the first one, the text should be change(font style). for the second, it could still improve more. |

Mainly the resolution,font size,font style must be changed for sure and i personally think you must improve a lot comparatively.i would rate 7/10

The pokemon in the middle two look out of place. I give the first and last 7/10 and the middle two 6/10.

First one looks nice. 2nd and last ones both effect are over done though. Try blending it more together so that it just doesn't change so dramatically.
