a team of giras or other ghost pokes will be effective in battle towers, they should have exp locks on them and equipped with the move v-create. also the first poke should be knowing toxic and should be holding pecha scarf to prevent poisoning.

Can you read? It specifically says prizes for the towers under their image. Like above players said, a team of Giratinas or another ghost pokemon would be sufficient.
