Eventually, they found themselves in front of a large mountain.

"Lets climb!" I shout climbing the mountain with the megaton hammer

The group climbed. Well except for a few, they flew/levitated/ran.

I bashed my hammer into the mountain when I was on the top

Sora used his Flowmotion skills to grapple to the top. He continued asking questions. "Do you know how I got here?"

"Yeah, Portal opened not to long ago, I think Riku might be here too" I say smiling

"Basically, portals opened up in other dimensions and sent a bunch of people from those dimensions here." Tails explained.

"yeah." I say smiling agreeing with Tails

And that's when Team R decided to strike again. A net fell over the group.
"Are you serious?" Amy asked.
"Apparently they're very rare Pokemon." Meowth said into the phone he had with him (talking to the boss).
"For the last time, WE'RE NOT POKEMON!" Tails yelled.
"We've got them in the net. They're trapped." Jessie laughed. Sonic sighed, and spun out of the net.
"Huh? How did?" Meowth started, but was cut short, when he gave the balloon a swift kick, sending it flying. Then he helped the rest out of the net.
"I guess they'll never learn." Amy stated.
"I bet ten dollars that even after what was said, they'll still refer to us as 'rare Pokemon'." Tails laughed.

"Yeah, Just burn the net next time though. With a match" I say smiling

"If we did that, it might hurt someone." Tails protested.

"I used to use electricity when they thought I was a pokemon." I say

"That would hurt everyone. Don't TRY to hurt your allies, Blue." Tails responded.
