Yeah, I know some might Like level caps, But the thing is, I cannot even beat Brock now, because of the level cap being "25" and it used to not have one, The point I'm trying to make here is, How am I to beat all 5 regions of the site, and get to the E4, if A: All my pokemon are Under-leveled or B: my pokemon OVER leveled.

I know what you're possibly going to type if I posted this now...
"But Blue, why not just train your pokemon?"
Here's my response to that: It takes ages for me to get a pokemon to level 2, and NO, I am NOT rich so I cannot just buy a crap tonne of Rare Candies, and I'm more of a Fight and get it over with guy than a Level Grinding person, I had a good friend of mine train my Jirachi to Level 631 and I was thinking "Okay, I'll be able to get to Jhoto now..." But then the Level Cap rendered my pokemon useless!

I seriously Hate this so called "Improvement" and hope that this will be removed, Oh, and on my Lugia200 account, I have a Pokemon over level 2000, and I cannot get past Unova, with This reason: Level Caps also, chances are that people will use certain pokemon with High levels more than their low leveled pokemon, so when they get to a Pokemon Battle, the Level Cap would be exceeded and make it so they would have to do all that training AGAIN for one gymbattle!
