What are some tips for fast level-ups after level 500?

The fastest method is training on Mysterious TRainer, but you need to have all the badges and Toxic to battle him.

I don't have toxic, I used to have them all until they updated to kalos, but I could probably do it. I just need a little help with getting toxic.

You don't need Kalos badges to battle it, just the ones before.
