Okay, so which way would work better? This idea will probably be implemented very soon because I've already started on it.

Method 1 (just like the real games - I think):
I'll explain by example. Example of Method 1 - you submit a Cursed Pokemon: CursedPichu. You have successfully sent that CursedPichu to a random player called Fred. In return, you have gotten Fred's CursedBulbasaur which he had submitted earlier on. This method may take longer for you to randomly swap since you may have to wait until someone else submits a Pokemon of that same type.


Method 2:
You submit a RainbowLugia. That RainbowLugia is added into a pool of Rainbow Pokemon. You then get a random Rainbow pokemon back from that pool of Rainbow Pokemon.
Say you got Fred's RainbowZapdos back. That doesn't mean Fred will get your RainbowLugia. Fred got a RainbowBlastoise. It's not a secret trade done between two players unlike method 1, but this method is instant and faster (as you don't have to wait until someone else submits their Pokemon).

I think method 2 is more efficient and it's also less time consuming

Me and l33t have already been switching our rainbow pokemon back and forth haha guess no one else has added rainbow pokes into the pool yet. The only thing thats bothering me so far is getting your own pokemon back. for example "You have successfully traded in your RainbowCubchoo and received xSkillgod's RainbowCubchoo!"

Yep, there is a probability of getting your own Pokemon back, but all I can do is lower that probability even more (by adding more initial Pokemon into the pool).

I can't make that probability zero because then there would be an error occurring if all the Pokemon in that pool belongs to the person attempting to swap.

So it's already implemented. Where is it located?

It has to be base Pokemon with 126 exp (and no item equipped).

Okay, I forgot to read that in the actual Wonder Trade thing, and I love the thing! I'm really glad it's implemented :D

Do you think I should make Wonder Trade cost 1 coin per swap?

Edit: I might make it cost 10,000 points per swap.

Personally, yeah i do think there should be some cost to do it. My only reasoning behind this would be the fact that with it being free, players can easily rinse and repeat without losing anything. But who am i to decide the fate of it

For me.. yes. It seems reasonable to add a price and I'd go with 10k points :3

I'd go with 1 coin :P Because I like one coins :P
