"Lucas is a paranoid freak who uses at least 5 different identities. He uses Ray as an enforcer and spy, and he uses Rays nephew to cover his tracks. Not all the bombs were detonated Lucas isn't dumb. He will use the bombs as a bargaining tool in case you catch him. Being in prison, I can't tell you directly where he is going but it will be as far as possible, as fast as possible."
