As an aviation enthusiast and a frequent flyer, i've been on many planes in my life to different parts of the world. So i have a question to those who either love flying, have flone or who are interested in how things work in fantasy worlds.
In our world jetliners like the boeing and airbus jets fly between 30,000 and 45,000 feet.
How high (in feet) in your opinion do planes fly in these worlds?:

Pokemon world (anime cannon)
Hunger games Panam
Divergent
Kim Possible
Harry Potter (brooms instead of planes)
Also why do you think that they fly at these spaciffic hights if they differ from our world?
If you don't know, then you don't have to mention that particular world, this is also open to opinions.
