Well, with the "roam the skies" part, I automatically thought of rayquaza... But that seems too obvious... So I'll try something else.
Name : Eternity EE Guess : Shaymin Guess #1 Not so strong... But is presented sometimes " roam the skies " in Mystery dungeon and will change form under the effect of the flower and of "clear skies"...

Guess : Latios or/and latias Guess #: 2&3 Ok, this makes more sense... These last two guesses look like the most likely to me after ray... Hope this format is still good since I wanted to keep latios and latias together ; Latios is bigger... But it might just be Latias too hehehe. And ancientvampyre, missingo is indeed a very logical choice, should've thought of it myself
