"Okay, there are apparently mixed interpretations of this place. Some believe it originated from the reign of evil like you said. There's also one basing it on quantum physics, calling it a faulty parallel timeline. Others still say it is one of the many afterlives possible. I'm leaning on the second one," she explained.
"Apparently, you need to have a Missingno to help you get in according to some beliefs, but aren't they fictitious?"

Nearby, a Dragonair started to become nervous, but didn't show it.
