cursed deoxys was given away for the Olympics, so how about for the paralympics you get to keep the last pokemon you catch. So say your pokemon was a milotic, at the end of the day you get a milotic level 5. This way you would be able to catch some pokemon that were not available otherwise such as milotic and lapras.
