I actually have heard from a guy who is currently a lifeguard at a university that had drowned and was brought back. He said that drowning once you stop struggling because you know you can't get away like once you accept it. It was the most serene and peaceful moment of his life.

Dying with shame. i'm sure the emotional pain would be QUITE a bit. :< i don't wanna die like that (burning is still worse in my opinion though XD)

or.. get someone firstly crucifix someone and while they are hanging get a knife then stab it in but not as much that theyll die all over the body and by the end they will have about 10000 knifes holes where knife has been so 10,000 times they have to feel the pain of getting stabbed and again and again 10,000 times.. and kept alive

The weapon (knife) is pretty dangerous though. It basically incorporates the lightness and agility of a knife with the power of an axe. Definitely a killing machine for close to close combat
