so. My suggestion is when you catch a Pokemon it has a chance of holding an item the chances are say 1-70 . and the items are items like razor claws bark mulch and mobey even coins meowth found on the ground

Hmm. Nice plan and it should be added. I think coins should not be found in maps. Instead of it, the caught poke may have even berry also.

that idea is great, although no rare items like TM06 would be implemented otherwise it'd be too op, 10/10!

yeah. Thats what i mean. It should be the items which can be got easily through lucky dip and all. Some rare items should be held by pokemons like nugget, ruby, sapphire etc. But it should not hold like tm06, tm01, and some other rares. Thats it!

and mabey also some new items like strap dust and star peices that will have a new event in the game

Perhaps maybe items they usually hold in the games?
For example:
Luvdisc - Heart Scale
Pikachu - Light Ball
Sandslash - Quick Claw/ Soft Sand
Clefairy - Moon Stone/Comet Shard
Paras - Tiny Mushroom
Farfetch'd - Stick
etc
